St. Catharines Cultural Investment Program (SCCIP)
The program aims to serve long term community sustainability by strengthening cultural vitality, economic diversity, environmental awareness and social inclusion through five investment priorities.
Funding provided by the Canada Summer Jobs Program
The Foster Festival is supported by the Canada Summer Jobs Program which is administered by the Federal Government. The program provides wage subsidies to employers to create employment for secondary and post-secondary students.
Funding provided by the Government of Ontario
Experience Ontario 2023 provides project-based programming and marketing funding to new or existing Ontario events to enhance programs, activities and services and support innovations that will lead to long-term improvements, sustainability and the attraction of additional tourists.
Federal Economic Development
Our production of The Foursome in 2022 was generously supported by the Government of Canada. We acknowledge the support of the Government of Canada through the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario. This funding was disbursed with the support of Tourism Partnership Niagara.

Ontario Trillium Foundation
This fund supports the recovery efforts of organizations impacted by COVID-19 and helps them respond with immediate, medium, and longer-term recovery projects. Resilient Communities Fund grants support projects that help rebuild an organization’s capacity, enhance their resiliency, and meet the changing needs of their communities.
Ontario Cultural Attractions Fund
The Ontario Cultural Attractions Fund is a program of the Government of Ontario through the Ministry of Heritage, Sport, Tourism and Culture Industries and administered by the Ontario Cultural Attractions Fund Corporation. OCAF’s aim is to increase cultural tourism by providing investments to assist Ontario cultural organizations.
